What is Dynamics 365 CRM
A CRM turns scattered customer information into one clear picture
Dynamics 365 CRM is Microsoft’s system for managing customers. Every enquiry, call, quote and complaint is recorded once and shared by sales, service and marketing.
In many companies customer details live in spreadsheets, inboxes and WhatsApp chats. People leave, deals slip, and nobody can answer a simple question such as how many open quotes there are. A CRM fixes that, and Dynamics 365 does it inside the Microsoft tools your staff already use.

- Sales and finance keep different customer lists
With Dynamics 365 CRM
- Every lead has an owner and next step
- Live pipeline and forecast for managers
- Full customer history for every service call
- One customer record shared with your ERP

Our approach
How we make sure people actually use the CRM
Most CRMs fail because people do not use them. We design against that from day one.
Plan your CRM →Start with how you sell
We map your real sales and service steps before we configure anything.
Keep forms short
Only fields that someone uses or reports on. Everything else is removed.
Import clean data
We clean and merge duplicate customers before the first login.
Train by role
Reps, service agents and managers each learn only their own screens.
Measure and improve
Dashboards show adoption, and we adjust after the first weeks in use.

What is Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM?
Dynamics 365 CRM is Microsoft’s customer relationship management software. It keeps every lead, customer, quote, order and service case in one place, so your sales, service and marketing teams all see the same picture. The old name was Microsoft Dynamics CRM; today it is a set of Dynamics 365 customer engagement apps.
Which Dynamics 365 CRM apps are there?
The main ones are Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Insights for marketing and journeys. You choose only the apps you need and can add more later.
Can Dynamics 365 CRM work in Arabic?
We set up Arabic and English screens, views, forms and customer documents, and test them with your users. Language needs vary by app, so we confirm what you need during scoping.
Does Dynamics 365 CRM connect to our ERP?
Yes. We connect it to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, Odoo, SAP and other systems, so quotes, orders, prices and invoices stay in step between sales and finance.
Can we use WhatsApp and email with the CRM?
Yes. Email and calendar run through Outlook, and WhatsApp, SMS and phone channels can be connected through connectors, so conversations are recorded against the right customer.
How long does a CRM project take?
A focused sales CRM can be live much sooner than a company-wide rollout. The timeline depends on the number of users, processes, integrations and the data to migrate. We confirm it after a short workshop.
Is our customer data safe?
We set roles and permissions so people see only what they need, and we review where data is stored with Saudi data protection rules and your own policies in mind.
Do you provide Dynamics 365 CRM in Riyadh and the GCC?
Yes. Our head office is in Riyadh. We implement and support Dynamics 365 CRM for companies across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
