01Overview

What is cyber security compliance?

Cyber security compliance means meeting the legal, regulatory and contractual security requirements that apply to your organisation, and being able to prove it. In Saudi Arabia that usually means the NCA controls, SAMA's framework for financial entities and the Personal Data Protection Law, and often international standards that customers ask for, such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

Frameworks overlap heavily. Access control, logging, backup and incident response appear in almost all of them. Treating each as a separate project multiplies cost and creates inconsistent evidence.

We build one control framework, map it to every standard you need and collect evidence once. Audits become a matter of presenting what already exists.

09Questions answered

Compliance and Assurance FAQs

Which cyber security regulations apply in Saudi Arabia?

The NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls apply to government bodies and critical national infrastructure operators, SAMA's framework to financial institutions, and the PDPL to anyone processing personal data. Sector regulators and customer contracts may add more.

Do you issue ISO 27001 certificates or SOC 2 reports?

No. Those are issued by independent bodies: an accredited certification body for ISO 27001 and a licensed CPA firm for SOC 2. We prepare you and support the audit.

Can one programme cover several frameworks?

Yes. Most frameworks overlap heavily. We build one control set, map it to each framework and collect evidence once.

How long does compliance take?

A first framework typically takes six to twelve months, depending on starting maturity and scope. Additional frameworks add less because the control set is shared.

What does compliance cost?

Cost depends on scope, size and readiness. We provide a fixed-scope estimate after a gap assessment.

What is continuous compliance?

Monitoring controls and collecting evidence automatically throughout the year, so you stay audit-ready and see drift early, instead of preparing once a year.

Do you provide a virtual CISO?

Yes. A vCISO provides senior security leadership on a fixed engagement, including programme ownership and board reporting.

Do you cover other GCC countries?

Yes. We map to the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman frameworks, and to EU regulations for firms with European exposure.
