About the Role
GoAgile Technologies is looking for an experienced ERP Functional Consultant to join our ERP Services team. You will lead functional workshops, turn business requirements into system configuration, and support clients across Saudi Arabia and the GCC from the first workshop to go-live and support.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing ERP modules, a good understanding of business processes in finance, sales and supply chain, and the confidence to work directly with client teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Run requirement-gathering and functional workshops with client stakeholders.
- Map business processes and document functional requirements and gaps.
- Configure ERP modules such as finance, sales, purchase and inventory to match client needs.
- Write functional specifications for the technical team and review the developments delivered.
- Plan and run user acceptance testing and follow up on issues until they are closed.
- Train client users and prepare user guides and handover documents.
- Support go-live and provide post go-live support.
- Work with project managers to keep scope, timelines and expectations clear.
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience implementing ERP systems as a functional consultant.
- Hands-on configuration experience in at least two modules such as finance, sales, purchase or inventory.
- Good understanding of business processes and accounting basics.
- Experience running workshops, user acceptance testing and end-user training.
- Ability to write clear functional specifications and documentation.
- Clear communication in English. Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to visit client sites when the project needs it.
Good to Have
- Experience with Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle or Zoho.
- Knowledge of Saudi VAT and e-invoicing requirements.
- Experience with data migration and system integrations.
- Project management or ERP vendor certification.
